WIDE AWAKE!

Billy Bob Button’s latest picture book, WIDE AWAKE!, is the second of the ’Cheeky Boy’ books and the follow up to the fantastically funny, The Boy Who Piddled In His Grandad’s Slippers. There will be seven books in the set; all of them will be written by Billy Bob Buttons but every book will have a different illustrator from a different country. Here’s the BLURB: Ralph’s woken up and wants to play but Daddy’s still snoring in his bed. No problem! With the help of his trumpet, a very smelly nappy and three spiders in a box, Daddy will soon be WIDE AWAKE!

I THINK I MURDERED MISS FILM

Later this year, Billy Bob Buttons will be writing the film script for I Think I Murdered Miss. The independently produced film of his popular children’s book is planned to be filmed in the summer of 2017. It will be filmed over three months in the county of Nottinghamshire.

PATRON OF READING

Billy Bob Buttons is new the Patron of Reading for two UK primary schools: Bluecoats Primary School in Stamford, Lincs and Spalding Primary School in - you guessed it - Spalding. Every year, he visits the two schools to meet with all the children and deliver his literacy workshops.
